Individual Resident & Team Support

The Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) now requires that residents be involved in quality improvement but too few faculty are proficient enough themselves – or have the time. QII2 is available to provide this QI “jump start” at whatever stage is most appropriate, including:

• Delivering grand rounds and/or other conference presentations
• Process assessment and data collection
• Survey design and data analysis
• Support with manuscript abstract writing & creation of academic posters
